I had a very long and trying day today so I didn't get around to starting the fit test until around 8:30 tonight. I just finished. My face is bright red, I cant believe how much I am sweating and I feel like puking. If you don't know, for the fit test you do eight exercises, each for one minute with a break between each one. Maybe it was the long day or the fact that I am just out of shape but I got winded during the warm up. It also didn't help that there is a lot of jumping in this program and I have downstairs neighbors that I worry about bothering so I think I could have done a few more of some of the exercises. So my numbers for the first fit test:
Switch Kicks: 74
Power Jacks: 33
Power Knees: 62
Power Jumps: 27
Globe Jumps: 6
Suicide Jumps: 9
Push-up Jacks: 10
Low Plank Oblique: 17

This morning I also weighed myself and took measurements. 
Weight: 187.6
Neck: 12.75
Waist: 33
hips: 43.5
Arms: 13.75
Thighs: 26

I also took "before"  photos but I am not going to share those just yet. I think putting my weight out there for the world to see is enough for one day. :)

    My name is Amanda, I am a runner and a full time student. I started this blog to share my experiences training for and running races as well as coordinating virtual races.
